This policy describes how The Cone Sleeves (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses information about people who visitour custom packaging printing site and about our customers and prospective customers. By using this site you agree to it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and anything else you type into a quote or contact form, including artwork files you attach.
• Usage information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This reaches us through Google Tag Manager and the live chat widget, which set cookies in your browser.
• Anything else you choose to send. For example, replies to an email thread, or details you share while chatting with us.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and produce an order;
• To operate, secure and improve this website;
• To contact you about work in progress or a previous order;
• To comply with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers who run parts of this operation for us: website hosting, email delivery, analytics and live chat. They may only use it to provide that service. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Artwork and files you send us

Artwork you upload is used to quote, proof and print your job, and is retained so a repeat order can be run from the same file. We do not use your artwork as a portfolio sample or show it to another customer without your permission. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can opt out of any promotional email using the link in it; we may still send messages about an order in progress. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the chat widget will stop working if you do. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@conesleeves.com.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site sells to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes and contact
