Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of theconesleeves.com and the custom printing work we quote and produce. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What we sell

We manufacture custom printed packaging to order: cone sleeves, food sleeves and trays, made to your specification and your artwork. This is a business-to-business printing service. The website does not take payment and there is no checkout — every order begins with a written quote and is confirmed by email.

Quotes

A quote is based on the size, quantity, board, printing and finish you describe. If any of those change, the price changes with them and we will re-quote before proceeding. Unless the quote itself says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo, image, typeface or text you send us, and for confirming that your artwork is correct. We supply a digital proof before printing and nothing goes to press until you approve it in writing. Once a proof is approved, errors it contained — including spelling, color build and layout — are not grounds for a reprint at our cost.

Color and dimensions

Screens and presses do not render color identically, and no monitor is a reliable proof of a printed color. Slight variation between a screen preview and the printed result, and between print runs, is normal in commercial printing. Cutting and folding carry a small tolerance, which we allow for in every dieline.

Production and delivery

Standard production is 6–7 business days from proof approval, and a rush option of 3–4 business days is available on request. Those windows cover manufacturing only. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination, and while we give estimates in good faith we cannot guarantee a carrier’s performance or events outside our control.

Custom work, cancellation and returns

Because every item is printed to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone to press, and custom-printed goods are not returnable for a change of mind. Inspect your delivery on arrival. If goods arrive damaged, or the printing does not match the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery atsupport@conesleeves.com and we will reprint or refund the affected portion of the order.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to The Cone Sleeves or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Your own artwork remains yours; sending it to us grants only the license we need to quote, proof, print and reprint your job.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to disrupt it or to interfere with anyone else’s use of it. We may refuse work that infringes a third party’s rights or that we consider unlawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, arising from a delay or a defect.
